Not only is Bruce beyond compare in his knowledge and expertise, his genuine concern for the families he represents is second to none. From the very first contact to the closing table, you will not find a more thorough and compassionate agent. They simply do not exist.

I cannot say enough great things about Bruce Juengst and his team with BT Homes. When you think of a relator or watch TV shows with relators on them, you have this image of a professional who knows the business, loves the business and has your best interest at heart and that is EXACTLY what Bruce represents. Bruce and his team became like family to my husband and I. No matter what day, what time, or for what reason, we were able to pick up the phone and have Bruce by our side. We bought our home from a couple who happened to both be relators within the same company as Bruce which is Keller Williams. We expected the process to be seamless and easy and for those relators to be on the same level as Bruce and his team but unfortunately, they were not. We already knew Bruce and BT Homes were outstanding but that just confirmed it even more. Not only is Bruce knowledgeable and professional, he is also extremely personable which I find to be very important when putting your trust in someone who is helping you find a new home. From a candle being delivered with a cute quote, to an edible arrangement being delivered, to a nice engraved knife being given to us or to something as simple as a hug and/or phone call, Bruce and his team show they care in everyway possible. We will 100% use them for every transaction from here on out and will recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you Bruce and BT Homes for such an amazing experience.
